Skannerz Commander story

There was no comic book included with a Skannerz Commander so the story of Skannerz Commander is only told in an included in the game manual.

Storyline

Story of the Commander is a continuation of the story told in the original Skannerz. Flux, with his friends, has managed to capture all the monsters from the three original tribes and are able to keep them busy fighting each other. Everything is going as planned and Earth is no longer in danger.

Then everything changes when Flux discovers a new group of monsters that does not follow the rules of the old tribes. They look out for themselves and want to start new tribes. To avoid the danger of the creation of new powerful tribes that are going to fight each other and cause destruction around them, Flux creates a new Skannerz controller to capture all the monsters in one united tribe.

Yet again Flux can't do it all on his own, so he needs other people to help him with his quest. Flux creates a manual that is included with the new Skannerz controller that contains tips and secret hints of how to capture and battle monsters.
