Other Skannerz
Outside of the two original Skannerz products, there was related Radica products with and without the barcode scanning mechanism. Not much is known of these products, but basic information of them is listed down below. If you know something or have used these devices, please let us know!
Skannerz Battle Orbs
Skannerz Battle Orbs was a direct sequel to the original Skannerz and the Commander but it lacks a barcode scanner. It was a ball shaped device that could be loaded with a "battle disks" containing strongest monsters from both of the original two Skannerz. After selecting a battle strategy the monsters will fight with each other and in the end Orbz will announce the winner.
Manual of the Battle Orbs indicates that Flux created the device to allow monsters battle in a contained environment to keep them out of our world.

Skannerz TV
Skannerz TV had a similar idea as the original two Skannerz, but it was a videogame console like device that connected to TV. It had a barcode scanner that allowed to scan barcodes and battle the monsters in a different game modes. Skannerz TV had a monsters from the two original devices.

Skannerz Razerz
Skannerz Racerz was a first game with a Skannerz name and mechanics that did not contain any of the original monsters. The device includes a barcode scanner, but this time it is used to collect and customize cars and bikes and race them.

Skannerz Dragon Ball GT
Dragon Ball GT Skannerz (or Saiyan Skannerz) was a smashup game of the Dragon Ball series and Skannerz. It had a similar concept as the original Skannerz, but this time it was used to find and battle characters from the Dragon Ball series.

Skannerz YuYu Hakusho
Not much of this device is known, but it was possibly somekind of smashup game of the YuYu Hakusho manga series and Skannerz. It was also known as Spirit Skannerz.

Barbie Scanimals Pet Rescue
Not exactly a Skannerz, but very much related to them. Scanimals is a Barbie and animal themed game that is made by Radica. It features a barcode scanner and even has same backstory creator as the original Skannerz. More can be learned from Barbie Wiki.
